exact start of open beta

I can't access the official post about the start of open bet (i get an outspark page saying 'Access denied You are not authorized to access this page.') and was wondering if someone could tell me the <u>exact</u> time of the open beta start <u>including the time zone</u> (probably PST) since I have to recalculate it to european standard time.

The exact starting time is 3:00 P*D*T, or midnight Central European Daylight Time

I am not sure if there is a Daylight Savings change for GMT. If there is it should be 23:00, if not then 24:00.

So. I live in Central Europe. When I try to start the game, it said &amp;quot;Connection failed&amp;quot;. Its true, that the game it will be ok at 24th aug in 3h pm?
