Enhancing shyts!!!

Anyone got a problem enhancing stuff? I tried to enhance my weapon and shield and I wasted 6 sets of perfect eyes (did it for two different chars) and it only gets on to +8. My cleric got a "god title enhancer" and yet she failed most of the time, I mean, what's the point of having "GOD" title if u cant eve make stuff past +8? Seems to me fiesta is such a RIPPED OFF!!!! No offence for saying that, was really "REALLY" mad for failing all those times!!! Or maybe I'm doing it wrong, can someone got a tricks or IDEAS how to enhance? (plz dont tell me to use lucky/blessed stones they DONT worked/helped at all)

Aww...poor pretz.

I find that if I'm having problems with enhancing, I either close the window and start again or i relog. Somehow I get the idea that it kind of resets when I do that. Don't ask me why though. :p It works for me.

As for pattern, unfortunately I don't have any but I tend to have a favourite sequence. Boxes which I find has a higher rate of success.

I had a problem once when it was easy to get a weapon to +8 and failed the next 20 enhancements. I know how frustrating it can be. I just logged off and tried again another time.

You only get Enhancement God when you enhance any item to +9, but it doesnt help or give you luck if you have that title... I wish it did! ;O;

weird...

because, when I was a little 'un... (*cough* below 3x *cough*) I had THE WORST time enhancing..

I must have lost around 20 weapons in one go

and around 20s

Then, miraculously, when I hit lvl 30, I could enhance everything to +6 (lvl 20 or below) perfectly, straight, without stones...

it was weird...

I found they are harder to enhance compared to regular npc stuff....

Anyways, I wasted 3 sets alone and it only adds +1 stats!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMFG!!!
i want +9 !!!! but damn shyts wont let me past +8!!!!! i want my money back Debbie :P

There's never any gaurentee that you'll get anything to +9, and there's still the chance that things will break while using red eyes and blue miles. It sucks that you didnt get +9 but I guess you will just have to wait till your next pay cheque to try again? :3

I also can only seem to get my lv50 hammer to +8, but I figure "well hey, at least it didnt break..."

That's just a bug and I think it has been fixed. That is why I take a screenie of my item so that if it does happen, I have my screenie to send the GMs and I believe they will replace it.

I enhanced my tier 3 lv 60 wand a while back and I think I used less than 4 sets of eyes/miles. I guess I was lucky but I didn't feel it was any harder to enhance tier 3 items. Or it could be I was using the blessed/lucky stones I found when grinding in abyss.

I dount know ANYONE who would have got "lucky" whit lucky stones, means... u get +2 instead of +1. (T3 Item)

And, blessed is smart to use ONLY at the +1 stage. (blue reduces the chance of downgrading, i belive) (since u cant use blue miles to +1)

Why is blessed ONLY good for getting to the +1 stage? Blessed reduces the chances of the item BREAKING ... don't even bother using blessed if you have perfect red eyes ...

and yes ...
perfect blue miles = no downgrading
perfect red eyes = no breaking

lucky = small chance of increasing by +2
blessed = lesser chance of breaking

Well, ppl ALWAYS uses BOTH, reds and blue's... and blessed stones are useless, because of red stones. Only the first stage on enhansment to +1, blessed is useful, because u cannot use blue stones to +1.

umm ... yea ... BUT ...

BLESSED = lesser chance of BREAKING
BLUE MILES = no DOWNGRADING

... breaking and downgrading are two different things -_-'
... since ppl ALWAYS :S use both perfects ... then people should just use lucky all the time in hopes of getting +2 ...

so now i use blessed ONLY if i have red/blues

... hence blessed does not reduce DOWNGRADING [perfect blue miles prevents] ... but merely is supposed to LESSEN the chance of BREAKING ... but it's a small percentage ... :p
