View Full Version : 412 error w/ Launcher

says 412: Obsolete version detected. Please update your Outspark Software to the Latest supported version in order to log in.

It says this when I try logging in, after I enter my stuff on the launcher, press enter and it says this.

And my version says v1.5.0

I think it's supposed to be v1.5.100 something like that not just 1 "0".

Please someone help, I already tried the manual patches both of them.

The 412 Error means that you are running an Old Unsupported Version of the game client. By installing the most recent patch, you should be able to resolve the issue.

The fiesta patch update process may take as long as 5 minutes to initialize when the launcher status says "Checking for Updates..." If you close the launcher, or interrupt this process, it will not be able to finish and give you an error. Before you send in a support ticket, a PM, or post on these forums, please wait at least a full 5 minutes to allow the process to complete.

As of now, all Outspark.com games are designed for Windows XP and are not recommended for play on any other Operating System. However, if you are using Windows Vista or Windows XP64, then I have a list of steps that may help:

1. Right click the game icon
2. Select Properties
3. Select the Compatibility Tab
4. Select Windows XP (Service Pack 2)
5. Click Apply
6. Reattempt to run the game with the Outspark Launcher

1) Your complete computer specifications including your Operating System, Video Card, RAM, and CPU
-You can find this information by going to START, RUN, typing in 'dxdiag' without the quotes, and pressing enter.
2) Your Internet Connection speed

3) A screenshot if possible of the error message

4) Your Outspark.exe log file attached to the email
-By default, this file is located at C:\Program Files\Outspark\Launcher\outspark.exe
