i can't login

i can't login....when i click the"play"button there is an error to conneting the server......what is the problem.....only i have this problem????

Realx people everyone is experiencing this, and you just have to sit and wait a few days, closed beta ended today, open beta* should start at the 24th of this month.

will all our characeters be deleted?

Yes all your characters, unless they are level 20 or higher, will be deleted and you will have to make new ones. I was playing while the closed beta ended, lol it was funny seeing everyone drop all their stuff and dancing in the middle of Roumen! (the home town)
