I've just start palying fiesta. And I choose the archer class because its my best class in every game. But i've seen alot of tread about archer that saying their bugged or underpowered.

My question is do u think the next patch (june 9) is gonna tweak those archer ?! Cause i really appreciate this game but i dont want to make anything else then an archer.

If the devs actually cared about the game more then the shop we might have seen something, but they are more into adding stuff to the shop and game rather then doing what the players actally want and fix whats aready here.

FIX WHAT WE HAVE DONT JUST KEEP ADDING THINGS DX

Cept skills we would like them added :p

I dont think they dont care, even if i just started.. But look,

The answer is simple. Read the 9th june update again. I shall quote for you.



Other Changes
- Quest Status appears on map
- Various game interface and window size changes
- Skill Balance changes (info to come later, mostly damage increase)
- Empower Heal skill effects healing power

More information to come.

i dont really think we need damage increase... it'd help, but attack speed/skills are more important

O_o....Outspark needs cashshop to pay for their updates.
O_o....Fixes are coming....I just really hope they don't equal our damage with mages.
O_o....Attack speed will probably not come...keep your fingers crossed though....

how bout the whole dex thing... you know the aim and evasion for all classes. i mean, my fighter has a +15 dex boots on (i paid 6s for them) and she still misses about the same and maybe the dodge maybe went up 1%

Yeah, we don't need damage increase, but clerics do :D

no!! clerics dont need damage increase!!! they are a SUPPORT CLASS!!! They are made for parties and SURVIVABILITY!!! damage increase would overpower them. I mean, common, they have HEAL!!!

Clerics don't exactly need more damage the same way archers don't exactly need entangle. Both aren't absolutely necessary but their respective classes should have them.
Saying clerics are a support class and should not have decent damage (a full STR cleric should be able to hold his own in Solo) because they are a support class is like saying that archers should be paper thin like mages because we are a DD class.

The term support class does not necessarily mean that they should not be able to hold their own in combat. And Bash getting more damage is in no way going to provoke clerics not to heal in KQs and parties.
Here's a hint. People who don't heal in KQs and Parties are idiots and are probably not reading the forums anyways...they won't know the difference.
Secondly, trip and bleed being fixed in no way imbalances them. Trip is stun. And while stun may mean something to an archer who can get more hits in, it only adds to a clerics survivability. The cleric does no more damage than it would were the enemy not stunned.
Bleed, I can say almost for sure, will be a mediocre DoT at best. Come on, it's not like they're going to kite or anything.

So relax archers, I know you're all frustrated because the clerics have an update for sure and we may not but don't worry. It won't upturn the game balance at all.

im not saying that from the archers point of view. im saying that from the FIGHTERs point of view... giving you more damage, unless they give everyone more damage, will make the fighter obsolete. you can heal yourselves, hold aggro better than a fighter with you heals, and buff. now what will a fighters known for??? their ability to tank. clerics now dont do enough damage to hold aggro effectively against uber dds using +9's, but that extra damage would be more than enough to make up that margin...


but anyway.. it says fix SKILL damage, not cleric damage, so we dont have to worry about that.

yes, their weapon damage is good. but what damaging moves do they have? bash? trip/bleed? clerics arent just support class, they are a soloing class, they deserve the higher damage. do u think its easy to be a cleric? go ahead and try it out then

I have... true it may take a while to kill things, but in the long run they level faster because...

heals=less deaths and less restoning...
less deaths=less exp needed to level...
less restoning=less breaks...
less brakes and less exp needed to level=FASTER LEVELING

See, they CAN solo. better than archers, who a majority of them can ONLY do.

as for my char, if this 9th update is a phail
then im gonna take a long rest of this game
until archer truely fixed :D

well yeah, its not easy being a cleric, i know, i tried :P

but putting more damage, well that would unbalance it, cause if they put more damage on clerics, they would just solo more, and by that there will be no healer for parties,

maybe they should just add more damage to trip/bleed that would be good to me

now THAT is good. just their skills. they only have what, 3 damaging skills.(switch between hammer and mace for trip and bleed).
