So I started thinking about my neophyte lv 40. he hits normally 78 and threaten 220. When I keep threaten hotkey down, it doesn't matter what my atk speed is. so my 1 threaten is better than 3 normal strikes. So question is how should I hit the enemys is there some tactics? And what even is the idea of rogue anymore? You can flee fast, thats useless. you can hit, useless also because all strikes are "magic". I accept and hope that im wrong and I let you fix my mistakes.

Most seasoned/old Neophyte/Rogue/Assassin players use this tactic called 'weaving' - basically, you Threaten once, then let a normal attack occur, then Threaten again, etc.

The reason I and a lot of others use weaving is because:
1) It saves a lot more MP by using your Threaten less often (regardless of the Threaten level used).
2) You actually do more damage in a period of time than if you were to spam Threaten, since there's a slight hidden 'cooldown' between each Threaten. One of our rogues did research on this as a Neophyte, so you can read up more in this thread: http://outspark.com/forums/showthread.php?t=29709&page=6 (Zeltar's post #60).

I'm not exactly sure how to describe this 'concept of a Rogue' to you... other than total pwnage. But in regards to what you said, being able to flee fast is very important when you find yourself being mobbed by a bunch of monsters (obviously, you should run back the way you came and not forward into more mobs). As for attacking fast, I don't really understand what you mean by 'magic'. o_O Most monsters in this game attack with melee damage, though there are a few nasty buggers that can cast ranged magic spells (but you don't meet your first magic monster until fairies around level 50). We attack with melee/close-ranged attacks, and that's fine given our higher attack and dodge rate.
