Sparkcash

Hello I wasn't sure where to post this so here goes. I just charged $25 worth of Sparkcash and the transaction page says it is pending. Well how long is it gonna be pending for because Paypal already sent a confirmation saying they paid Outspark. I just want the Sparkcash I paid for. Am I gonna get screwed or will the transaction eventually complete?

I've never had a problem buying via Paypal and has never received the 'pending' page.

However just to let you know that Paypal having 'paid' Outspark does not mean they have received the monies. Once Outspark receives the monies, your account will automatically be updated.

Have you tried refreshing or relogging?

If you still have a problem, submit a ticket and the CSRs will help you resolve the issue.

I got mine almost instantly, and I paid via paypal.

If it is your first purchase it can sometimes take a little longer, but usually only 2-3 days.
