Hello all,

Most of you are afraid about loosing your accounts if you buy too much CS, and i know this becuase i get questions all day, although i am not 100% sure, but you cannot get banned for spending too much or having too many accounts.

The main reason for ban is, because many kids play this game , and they tend to steal their parent's credit card and charge sparks cash to it, and when the parents find out, they decline the charge, therefore result in ban.

They other reason is because people tend to use stolen credit cards to charge, also resulting in ban.

So please be advised not to do such a thing, and look at the examples that have been made and do not make the same mistake.

thank you
KiKi~

Didn't you read the post the GM's made on this? Those are valid reasons but those aren't the biggest reason people were getting banned.

It was because people were creating chargebacks for their purchase. After already receiving the sparkcash. So they'd get the sparkcash, use it, then chargeback the payment (cancel it out through, for example, paypal.)

Outspark loses because the sparkcash was already given, but they never receive a payment. THAT's why a bunch of people were being investigated and still currently are.

Your reasons are also true, but don't make a post about "this is why" when you don't have all the info ;-)

You didn't quote you whole thing. read the second paragraph where you claim to state the "main reason" for the bans. Don't make this kind of post please, you're not a GM. Thanks.

Why did you make a post like this, especially when you then say that you're not sure? As Bjorninfal said, there is a post from Outspark regarding this.

And why are you again saying that you want Kinsin's acct? As I said in your other post, the sharing of acct info is a violation of the ToS. And Outspark has just had to make a post about this, too. Did you read the ToS? (just curious) ;)

And no one is flaming on you...it's just kinda odd for someone to make a post regarding bans that is not part of the Outspark staff.

I've seen no flames so far. If you guys do not like what someone has posted, then just ignore the post. If you guys see any blatant insults, PM a CL, and/or report the post.

Yeah I wasn't flaming, I pointed out the fact that you shouldn't make a post explaining the "truth" about why accounts get banned. Saying that it's mainly because kids steal their parent's credit cards and the parents find out and cancel the payment lol.

That is NOT the main reason. That makes it sound like ever kid who gets sparkcash is stealing. I simply explained the reason posted by GM's for the recent BANs on accounts and their investigations. That's not flaming...but ty for your input...

My interference in this thread means one thing: Some things are being said that in all respects, probably shouldn't be, however, some members of the community are taking it the wrong way. I would ask that you all be as polite and courteous as you can, and if at all possible, stay as far away from a statement that flames, trolls, or offends, as best you can, please.

One of the best ways to achieve this, is before you submit your post, look it over. Think, if someone else typed this to you, would it offend you, put you off, or make you feel uncomfortable? If the answer to this is yes, then please, rewrite your post. This is to ensure the community is safe from harassment, and as a whole, typically stays joyful, and more than anything, fun.

I will be closing this thread, as it essentially repeats what some members of the Staff have already said, and further questions into this threads' closing, or the initial topic can be pmed to myself, another CL, or the Fiesta_Help Inbox.

I thank you all for your time and consideration in this matter, and please, for the sake of everyone, let's keep it friendly.

Sincerely,

Lord Alden
