1) Rules of Conduct
All users of the Outspark Service (the “Outspark Members”) have to adhere to these Terms at ALL times without exception when interacting with any aspect of the Outspark Service. You must observe these Terms, all applicable laws and also basic rules of etiquette, common courtesy, and common sense when using the Outspark Service. Any conduct that violates the law in an offline, real world community is also a violation of these Terms. Outspark will not tolerate any illegal conduct and will cooperate with law enforcement in relation to such behavior.
Ok so once you have read that, tell me something, how come all the CS chargeback people still playing? It is a Fraud, yet they still have not been reported.
