You might've dropped it,
Put it in storage,
Or,
Somebody could've hacked you and took it (o.o)

Your PM isn't the only one they have in that inbox. They have tons of other PMs to sort through, other people's issues to resolve, as well as duties they must tend to for their real job. Answering PM's is not the sole purpose of the GMs, CSRs, and the other Outspark staff. There are other things that they need to do besides sitting around and checking the hundreds of PM's they get daily.

Just be patient and wait until they get to you and your issue. If you want you can even send another PM, but since its nearing the weekend your PM might end up being burried under all of the weekend PM's.

You took the words out of my mouth.... o.o...

But yes patience is what you need for the time being. They are taking care of probably hundreds of pm's daily. Let's give them credit tho <3

lol, I sent a PM to them about someone threatening to hack my account. I still see him walking around. Fact that I posted a picture of him still being there made Serric create the Blacklisting announcement.
I sent the PM to them over a month ago.

.
Were your screenshots of him actually threatening you? Or did you just say he did and posted a screenshot of the person?
Even if someone did threaten to hack your account, if they didn't actually do anything to break the ToS, there is nothing that can be done. If they don't have your info, you don't have anything to worry about.

Just because they don't reply doesn't mean they haven't read or looked into the issue. Sometimes they don't have the time to reply, seeing as they have plenty of other things they have to read, sort out, and deal with.

Then they need to hire someone whos sole job is to handle the reports.

Its sad when I get harassed, threatened, warred, chased in the game over somethign I didnt so, and when I report it I get no reply.
BTW, CSR = Customer Service Representative. Theyre supposed to handle all the technical problems anyway.

But then again, why have a report system if the CSR, customer support representatives, dont help?
Why have GMs that throw events n stuff if all the cursing/flaming/harassment/rule-breaking isnt enforced? Ive seen SOOO many TOS violations, reported them, and nothings been done...
Im abotu to personally try again. Someone just flammed my whisp and threatened my guild/family/friends.

Outspark isn't a large company. So they do the best they can with what they have.

They created Fiesta_help so that one GM or CSR would be overwhelmed with too many PMs. With Fiesta_help they can all go in, and see which issues are best suited for which staff member. But even with that, it will still take quite some time with the sheer amount of PM's they get.

And during events, the GMs are too busy trying to host the event and make it work, rather than analyzing the chat and reading every single thing. And during events the chat moves so fast that it's hard to catch everything.
If you see anything inappropriate said in chat, report it. They can't be in game all the time monitoring every little thing that goes on, which is why we must do our part to report.

And just because nothing has been done yet doesn't mean something will be done. They may not have gotten to your previous reports yet, but when they do, something will be done. With Fiesta_help implemented there aren't many replies to the senders. It was announced before it was even put in place that people wouldn't get any sort of personalized replies, if any at all.

Answering and Reading PM's is not the sole purpose of the Outspark staff.

Just simply report, be patient, and things will be dealt with in due time.

Im not talking about violations during the event, those always happen no matter what..

Im talking about how they shouldp robably either:
Hire someone to purely handle the reports
Or dictate one or a few people they already have for the job

You say it snot a big company, so they probably cant afford it, but look at the new GMs? Far as I know theyre new. I dont remember them back in Jan. I only hope that the increase in GMs = the increase in reports being answered.

Ya, I had someone threaten me as well one morning, but when I attempted to use the report button, it wouldn't work. Said something to the effect 'this is not a chat'...something or other. It was simply to get a rise out of me, but still harassment is not a pleasant experience. I'm not real quick at remembering to press the 'Print Screen' button when these things happen, and, therefore have no evidence, which seems useless to obtain and keep in one's files anyway.

I used to have my own server for another game, and DM'd in other servers (DM = Dungeon Master). It is difficult, but when there are one to three GM's on at any given time, there is a better chance at stopping much of the rule violations that are taking place. If Fiesta had volunteers, as many servers do, it could lessen the load of ticket taking and PM'g when one does come online.

A variety of GM's also opens the book or better ideas in events. The massive killing, and resulting hordes of people going after a few chests loaded with petty items, in high traffic areas is hard on one's graphics card, and simply an anoying time which keeps real players out of the cities.

I would like to suggest a transitional arena area dedicated to that type of event, and/or a similar area (as in my server) where one person, or parties can spawn these bosses for drop items as a reward. The items would be attainable only by the individual/party members successful in smiting the boss(es).

The code is not difficult to apply dependent on who, or how many individuals enter the arena area (only a given amount of individuals would be allowed in, and a limit per day on a given account would be applicable to eliminate 'camping'.) It could get pretty cool if you build viewing areas around the arena as well for those who wish to watch the battle. This eliminates the need for a GM, lag in high traffic areas, fighting over items, or one individual attaining many items and others going without, which seems to be another case with the 'Kill a Boss' event in Elderine.

No, I'm not offering my services here, being a GM/DM takes the fun out of the game; but I'm sure you wouldn't have much trouble recruiting others. Fiesta could sure use some creative, fair events, and someone's watchful eye when rules are flagrantly being broken.
