I have a ? about our chars???

I know when our characters are over lvl 20 u get to keep them and everything else gets wiped. So do does he look the same or do we get to remake character or does he stay the same?

Think they just look the way they did when we played them. im going to jsut delete mine as fast as i can customize it and give it the same name in hopes someone doesnt get my name within that time frame :D
