I'm thinking Fiesta...

since when I type my info in wrong, it says to check your email, and password.

I do it all the time when I type too fast =x

if worst comes to worst you can have your password changed...all you have to do is click "forgot my password" at the login screen of the website...then type in your email address...go to your email and click the link that is sent to you. that link will log you in to your account one time only to allow you to change your password.(the link wont work again after you have used it once) This password change will then apply to all the games that outspark offers, as it is directly tied with the account that you have created on their server. Hope this helps.

If the above advice does not help, also think back if your password, or how you typed your email were case senstive. In many cases, a user may end up forgetting to use a capital(and while in some instances passwords aren't case sensitive, it's safe to assume outrightly they all are), and try from there.

If there is still no positive response on your end, I suggest sending a detailed email concerning the details of your account to support@outspark.com and waiting up to, but not limited to, the typical 72 hour wait time.

Thanks for reading, and I hope things work out for the best! Please let me know if I can be of any further help.

Sincerely,

Lord Alden

and as always, a CL manages to put it 2000 times better than i could ever hope to. Lesson learned: ALWAYS listen to advice a CL puts up. Thank you Alden.
