New Scout, What Starting Build???

ok im currently a lvl 40 neo who is looking foward to scout.
but ive asked around SOS and ive recieved alot of different opions on build but they all dnt appeal to when u are first turning scout.
i am wondering wat build will work as SOON as u turn scout at LVL 45:D:D:D

Pow/Men build is great for in the beginning. Think about it before though. Later on the pow/agi/men build supposedly works great.
