+1 END (not much, but I know you guys love END)
+16 DEX (we all know how much those 1h's miss)
+17 INT (for the vampiric strike/devastate)
4% block rate (1% more than regular, yay!)

Vampiric Strike deals more damage and you gain more health depending on your INT...........I believe it's the only class other than Mage to whom INT is actually helpful.

first of all.. u wont use vampiric strike till lv 51 so u dont need INT on the lv 40 shield.. also the vamp strike allways heal u for the same amount of hp so INT doesent work.. but maybe ur right on the dmg of devastate i dont know if it works

The vampiric strike will always heal you for the same, yes, but it will deal more damage with INT. Yes, the strike is above lvl 40, so I guess unless you make this shield a +9 then you won't be putting it to much use with the strike.........but it probably will affect devastate.

only an idiot would think that... no offense only thing stat not used for purpose on certain char is waste stat points... STR builds physical damage for mages but it will still be weak, its better than INT on other classes. But INT should of been useful to other classes (fighters won't need it anyways so it does not matter) like clerics' healing and archers' poison. But the point is true or not... INT is a complete waste of stat points because fighters need STR, END, DEX and/or SPR to build better
