All you're saying is someone hacked you. I could go ahead and say I have a grape vine growing out of my ear, and we'd get the same response from people. Blank looks of strange astonishment. Please tell us exactly when you found out, how, and what happened.

ok so this is what happened....

Today I was having a great day, woke up in the morning, getting ready to play right?
then I tried to log on the forums first, for this is the first thing I do b4 playing...then my I couldn't log on and it say that my email is not available or something like that, then I thought that I just misspelled it or maybe typed the pass incorrectly, so I tried to reset it, with the email i signed up for in the outspark....but it wouldn't work...I've been trying but nada..

The password recovery tool does not work. I don't know if outspark doesn't have their mail server setup correctly or what, but I didn't get an email when I tried to reset mine. My password never changed either, so i was still able to log in after I tried sending the email several times.

Do you have more than one email? I have a @blah.com I use for some sites and a @blah2.net I use for others. Sometimes I just type @blah.com for one site when the actual log in is my @blah2.net for the site, and then I get mad because I think I forgot my password. After I realize my mistake I feel silly. =D

I wouldn't wait on a recovery email, by the way.

If you use any sort of Instant Messaging programs like MSN, AIM, or Yahoo, you might want to check those and change the passwords. If you happen to use an email for one of those for Outspark, it's not hard for a hacker to hack the Messenger and get the passwords from them. And if you use the same or similar passwords for your Outspark Account as you do with a messenger, then it's rather easy for them to get it.

Also if you've visited any goldselling or powerleveling sites those can install keyloggers onto your computer and record your passwords. So do a scan of your computer.

And if you ever gave your account info to anyone in game in hopes of them getting you Sparkcash, that could be another reason as well.

nope I only have one email...well I do have multiple emails, but they are for personal....And I did not know about the pass reset thing so maybe that's the only problem

well I never gave my account info to anyone, and if I do, I change my password immediately....but this past month, I am positive that i never gave it or shared it to anyone....

Don't PM any of the outspark staff directly. They ignore all of those PM's pretty much since they only use Fiesta_help now, which is the inbox they all share.
GM's have nothing to do with account issues, that is the CSR's job.

Well I just got news from my guildies that "Kamekae", my account that was hacked, got on last night or yesterday.....and janlea also told me that she saw him/her selling stuff in front of storage in Roumen....

If this is an issue of a genuine hack it NEEDS to be reported correctly to the CSRs - please click the link in my signature to submit a ticket, follow the instructions and await a response.
