why would i NOT be allowed to post pic in sig?

i can post and all, but it says i can NOT post pics or ani. gifs in sig...is a there a pre req for that?

I don't see how a question about a signature has anything to do with the general discussion of Fiesta.

Anyways, to answer your question:

To insert a picture into a signature you first have to choose what image you want and save it to your hard drive. Next, take it to an image hosting site like photobucket or imageshack. Upload the pic on that site. Copy the code and go to Options> Edit Signature here on the forums. Above the text field box there should be a button that looks like a little mountain with a sun. Paste the IMG code into the new box that shows up and you now have a sig.
