What happened to the Gold book for Enhancement?

Gold book? I assume you are talking about the gold nines. AS of yet, they have not implemented the gold nines into Fiesta.
These will increase the chance of success (15% if I remember correctly) of your enhancement. They are scheduled to release sometime this summer I believe.
