OutSpark give free 250 SparkCash to newly registered

I tried making another account for whatever the reason (none of your business :p ), but when I finish registering, OutSpark give free 250 SparkCash. Even though it's very little (all you can buy is like a small HP/SP Extender), it's a bit unfair for people who already registered... :(

Well simply to put it, when you registered that promotion wasn't going on. It isn't at all unfair... If you really needed Cash Shop items, you'd be able to obtain them any other way, but alas, Cash Shop items are merely add-ons. Therefore it isn't necessarily unfair for them to offer the 250 Spark Cash incentive for new users. It's merely a marketing ploy to gain more members and new accounts : )

as these two have stated, its just to get more players and make these new players customers. Also, as you stated, its just a small hp/sp extender, it doesn't really affect us that much.

also away to get new members to look at the cashshop :P and see the amazing stuff.. and then look at the small 250 they have D: then they go " ZOMG i want that but dont have enough" then go off and get more sc :O then outspark gets more money then they happy!!!!!!!
o.o but ya they want more people to buy more stuff so this game can stay free to us who hate to pay for games D:

And its a marketing scheme, people will buy more sparkcash if they fell they're already partially there - someone explained above.

If you look in your purchase bag in your inventory on a newly made account, I believe Outspark gives out Fiesta shirts for free as well.
