there is an offical server down thread for this but yes they are down for mataince and update been all over forums for weeks now. 3hrs till game time lol

Yes, the servers are down. There is a new patch to night. Go check out the news section, and please keep all posts on the downtime here (http://outspark.com/forums/showthread.php?t=79364).
