I pop into forums from time to time read the post answer some question is possible and other things. There are a few things people need to think about before posting beside the general rules.
One it never helps your cause to come into forum and start ripping into people or OutSpark staff. If your upset by what somone did or did not do or what you "think" someone did or didn't do, then take it to the right spot and be calm about it.
Example: I need a GM for (account hacks, weapons, loggin issues, cash shop issue ect......) well PM Fiesta_Help and wait calmly till they can get back to you. Alot of GMs don't have the time to pop in and read forums threads and yelling about it with a new thread won't get you a quicker response.
Connection to game issues, and such create a ticket through HELP in the upper right hand side of the screen where it say "MY Account l HELP l Login".

In Game issues treated badly, KS'ers, Leechers, Spammers, Skills not working, and so on PM Fiesta_Help.
Look and reread what you have typed before posting!!!! Blacklisting is against the rules period... If you think your cleaver by not saying the names or posting a screen shot but leaving clues behind your still blacklisting.
Example: Yeah could on be this one person because my guild warred their guild..
Well no name are given but if anyone anyone knows what guild you ARE in or guild you warred even if you didn't Blacklist them to the whole community you still Blacklisted them to those few that got your "CLUES". Although you MAYBE correct you just may find out later that you weren't....
Helpful information is always the best way to go..... No need to pop into a thread and leave behind a post saying you "can't do that" "that needs to be somewhere else" "yeah right that will never happen" Remember these are other people your replying to show them the same respect you'd like to see. Give a reason why that can't be done or a link to the right place or why its your "opinion" why it won't work. No matter the persons age, race, amount of education, or knowelge of game does not give you the right to take out your bad mood on them.

If and when possible upgrade your computer hardware. Well thats a given lol
Also don't forget to upgrade the software??? Yes new software comes out from time to time for different parts of your system to correctly communicate with other part of your system and other software. Have video problems?? Maybe a new version of directX or video driver updates will help same goes for sound and hardware devices in your system..
Secure your system.
There are many anti-virus, ad-ware, spyware, firewall programs out there use them. Run complete scans of your systems make sure to keep these programs up to date most makers would recommend updating daily for the latest data bases to make the program more effective. Just placing them on your system is not enough update update update.
Hmmmm if i can think of more stuff later I shall edit this but its late and i'm tired happy gaming everyone..
