Rebuild with skill empower

I have problem here: I've spent too much skill empower on my 1hand skill (about 8 on that skill),but now I prefer using 2hand weapon than 1hand. I want to know If there is anyway to reset my skill empower and add it back to my 2hand skill.

beside, I wanna know how many End you guys can add until it's no longer as 1end = 0.1%block. (sorry, my english is not good enough, hope you guys can understand my meaning)

You can always just use future skill points on your 2h skills.

You will get 10 scrolls for your money. That means you can redestribute 10 skillpoints. And no, it is not possible to buy only 1 of them. Or 8. You must buy them in stacks of 10 :(
