Try actually using the services for such.

1) email support@outspark.com with as much detail possible.

2) Send a PM, with as much detail possible, to Fiesta_Help.

3) Submit a ticket: http://support.outspark.com/index.php?_m=tickets&_a=submit

That's 3 ways you've failed to do before posting about it..

Remember, lack of detail will mean lack of help.

99% of the "hacked" accounts you have recently heard about are due to the account owner willingly sharing account info with others. Submit a ticket (se elink in nmy sig below) to the CSRs and give them as much info as you can.

Jhanniss, is correct: the forums is not the appropriate place for such a report.
