View Full Version : "email not recognized by Outspark"

I am unable to login into my main account.

(The account I am using at the moment is a newly created one)

It says "error 401: check email and password". When I try logging into it from the website, it tells me thye same thing, "invalid credentials" and to check my email address and password.

I've checked it multiple times and even tried to use the lost password feature. However, it tells me that my "email is not recognized by Outspark".

So how did this come to be? Is my account banned? I have recieved no notice of it if so.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks.

Click on 'My Account' in the top right hand of the page.. once there then click on 'Edit'.. while in that click on resend validation request


If none of that works i would suggest making an MSN account and registering it with that

Well the problem is I can't even go to my account. The email itself is not being recognized so currently I have no connections to my main account.

I already sent a ticket but no reply as of yet. It has been 3 days now.

How long is it normally before I get a reply?

It can be, dependong on when it was sent and how many requests they have before yours.

Go HERE (http://www.outspark.com/forums/showthread.php?t=35550) and try this... you may still encounter the issue but at least we can say you've tried everything. If you haven't received an answer by tomrrrow, say noon PST, please PM em and let me know - I'll see what I can do.

i have the exact same problem i cant log into my account outspark tell me that it is not a registered email address i still have no idea what to do

I don't know if this will solve your issue, but as a temp fix i just made a hotmail account. Since its free and it works. I just figured they get around to it, but until then I can have there e-mails sent there. But, what do I know. hehe Well happy gaming.
