there is now a place to buy low quality mats.... how about a shop that sell lv 47 hp/sp buffs?? one unit = one hour hp/sp buff in game (nothing wrong with the fiesta store items) for those that cant buy the fiesta store items, this will cut down on the "buff plz" and everyone can get what they want? just a thought

What's next? Everyone can buy party buffs? Or skills like frost or nova? How about selling mock and devastate.
That is what scrolls are for.

because people are stingy and scrolls cost money while buffs don t ( at least not for the one asking ).
people spamming for buffs are so annoying =.="

Because buffs are free.
They do stack but more often than not people tend not to get the buff in place of scrolls.
Endure (level 47 buff) tier 1 = Increase Hp by 410 Sp by 390
Endure (level 59 buff) tier 2 = Increase Hp by 520 Sp by 490
Endure (level 71 buff) tier 3 = Increase Hp by 650 Sp by 620
Tier 1 scrolls = Vit 200 Hp, Mentality 200 Sp = 100 to 200c each
Tier 2 scrolls = Vit 500? Hp Mentality 500 Sp = 2s to 4s each
Teir 3 scrolls = Vit 900 Hp, Mentality 800 Sp = 6s to 10s each
Scrolls and buffs last for 1 hour.

Really? I seriously doubt it. I've heard many clerics say 'I don't need paying'.
As a cleric I find that statement offensive. What are you trying to imply?

well what i am saying is if a cleric buff (say in elderine) a party member or friend then people swarm that poor cleric like crazy and it is not easy to turn people away when the buff is easy and free. but, its not any fun anymore as people spam it, and demand it and use rude names, run around the cleric asking buff..... and the price for scrolls t 3 is just a ripoff..... 1 silver for both hp/sp vs. "7 silver t 3" for only 1 scroll? i am not trying to start trouble.....just to make the game fun again. and the fiesta store has the items to buff, but most people do not have the means to buy them. so they add scroll mats, so anyone want t 1 scrolls can have all they want and thats great! but so much silver for 1 scroll..... then people turn to asking others for silver because everyone has been bit by the greed bug, and to tell the truth.... i make t 1 hp scrolls and then go to the lower level areas and drop 5 of them at a time at random times to the people that i see grinding hard and take off before they even know what happend, that to me is fun.

Let's put it this way. Buff is a cleric skill. A skill all clerics work hard to obtain at level 47. Do you honestly think it is a good idea for that skill to be sold by npcs?
As for buffs going for 1s, what happens next? Selling mock at kq for 1s per mock? That would start a trend that will have disastrous results.

I do believe the person meant you get more Bees with honey not vinagur.
I buff my party, friends, guild mates, and time to time anyone stand around that asks nicely. Other days unless your my friend, party member, guildie no matter how nice you ask I'll ignore you. Of course there are those clerics that will ignore you all the time and since it cost them sp they have the right to. So instead of going up and spamming "buff plz" if you were to offer a sp pot or silver then you might get a free buff from the nice cleric or even the most reluctent cleric may buff for an sp pot/silver.
As for any NPC selling any skill of any char. class thats just wrong.
If you can't find a buff and don't have money for scrolls then learn how to make them or do without.
Of course maybe its just how your asking I normally can find a cleric to buff me within any given 5 minutes when i'm on my lower lvl fighter, mage, or archer.
Question for Male cleric- Please kind sir may I have a buff/rebuff if willing?
Question for Female cleric- Please fair maiden may I bother you for a buff/rebuff?
Generally asking like that gets me a buff and I also whisper my question to them not to draw attention from everyone around.

Clerics are always complaining about lack of skills and damage so lets have a Frost Nova and Inferno while we are at it

look at the fiesta store, they sell hp/sp in different forms dont they? all i am saying is make it more easy for the ones that want hp/sp buffs to get them. and i did not say one word about any other skill, but hp/sp buff. if i can buy hp/sp item buff then everyone should be able to, but that is not the case..... and 1 s was only a way to make the idea........not to set the price at 1 s. and as far as working for the lv 47 buff anyone can do that that has made a cleric. there was nothing said about other class or their skills to be made public skills..... but the hp/sp "skill" is for sale. tell us then who made this "skill" hp/sp public.

There is a difference between items and skills. Usually most items can be brought and used straight away regardless of level (I know some items have level restrictions)
Skills have to be worked for by doing this you are robbing a cleric satisfaction of reaching the desired Lv 47 and you are also robbing the cleric of the skill itself.
I know this is a suggestion thread but we all know this will never happen since it WILL unbalance the game. It would only be fair to clerics then if they could temp use Mock and or Frost Nova in return. (Now you can understand how this would unbalance the game)

well of course clerbies like you and me would buff for free because it's only like 150sp (unless you heal them too which is closer to 200sp) still... it's nothing. I guess I made a bad joke there >< sorry
I buff anyone who asks, but if they don't say please I make them say it first and they usually do.

LOL to be honest I find clerics who insist on full sentences a little over the top.
For me, a simple 'buff pls' would suffice. I don't even need them to spell out 'please'. Just do not ask me to 'buff plssssssssss' or 'buff pl0x'. Nothing in my dictionary, shortened or lengthened, has the definition of 'plsssssssssssss' or 'pl0x'. :D

it costs money to buy scrools and asking for a buff is easier
i dont like the idea of buying buff skillz though it doesnt seem right
