There are 2 non guild war guilds, Simplicity and the other it Luna i believe.

everybody has a prefrence. We know very well that why guild wars can be annoying sometimes

Actually, if guilds aren't made for guild wars, they are more for party stuff or helping players.
I do hope they have end game content in fiesta, like flyff. Hopefully it's a very big boss, that'd be awesome.
