sounds like ingame. Its possible.. I had a little help once. just with something like /w [GM]Dakkon

I think they usually reject the messages tho, but it should still work like that.. depending if they put it on or off ^^

if in-game then just type "/w [GM]Dakkon" (no quotation marks but you would know that i guess) to start the whisper and type it in normal chat

This is on the forums. I clicked reply, but it says "unable to send it because dakkon may have un-enabled PMs", or something similar.

yea, you had to PM Fiesta_Help then as thats the GM's inboxes were getting overloaded so they created Fiesta_help as a full out GM substitute mailbox.

Since 2 days there is now a rule that GMs dont help get back items when you got scammed by enhance because it is now 100% on your own risk. CSR_Joker wrote this.

But you are lucky that it happened before that. The new rule I think happened because it is too much work to find single items back and so investigations and bug fixing will be delayed because of such.
