Hey does anyone know if the game will cost much when it is released caus i have just lost my wallet with my debit card in it so i wont be able to pay for it :(

It will always be free but with a cash shop for special items if you wish to purchase them.

a fairly good indication that this game will remain free is the fiesta store in game. you can purchase in-game items for REAL money.
so yes the game will remain free
