lets keep a record of time for each country for some people who........
well i'll get strated to people in Philippines open beta starts in 6am Aug. 25 >__<

It is simple really. people are trying to make it much more complicated than it is. The post times are in PST. when post times get to 3:00 pm it will be game time.

you could, but its just as easy to hit open a Time zone site like this one http://www.time.gov/timezone.cgi?Pacific/d/-8/java ("http://www.time.gov/timezone.cgi?Pacific/d/-8/java")
and right there it is, time just ticks away without having to refresh or constantly check the forums to see if the post your looking at is a current post or not.

Here's a breakdown of times for some major cities/countries... Open Beta starts at the following times.
Hawaii: Noon*
Alaska: 2 PM
Game time: 3 PM
Denver: 4 PM
CHicago: 5 PM
New York/Chile*6 PM
Brazil:7 PM
GMT: 10 PM
London: 11 PM
Paris: Midnight
Moscow: 2 AM on the 25th
Singapore/Eastern China/Phillipines/Western Australia:*6 AM on the 25th
Japan: 7 AM on the 25th
Eastern Australia 8 AM on the 25th
