they should have an event where everybody on the server gets ONE beauty shop coupon, im tired of lookin like so many people or take beauty shop coupons down to 250 for a day so i can use my 250 spark cash on it

They did an event with just such a reward for a Valentine's Day quest. I guess you will just have to wait for another holiday quest if they choose to offer that as a reward, or buy a few more dollars worth of SC.
