quest problems

i am haveing a problem with my quests, every time i hit the shortcut to quests, talk to someone about a quest, push the quest button or turn in a quest it shuts the game down with and error, here is a screen shot of the problem.

i no its happining to meh to =( but if i could give up on it that would be better =3 (well u can give up on it but i dont think it will work since that error that pops up) oh well is urs the 1 where u kill the bored and gang imps mines that......
