problem at lvl 13 fighter with a quest in roumen

My character name is albyone, i'm fighter and my lelv actually is 13 i have a big problem.i've completed a quest from karl smih at roumen and regards imps and bored imps but when i try to reward quest completed to karl smith
all the time come on an error saying that there is a fiesta.bin error and then server disconnect me. At this point i cannot reward quest to smith at roument, i cannot talk to you for new quest, i cannot purchase anything from him and cannot upgrade weapons too. I unistalled fiesta game and reinstalled again with all patch updated but the probelm not solved. What can i do to continue to play this game??
I hope game master read this post and can solve the problem, otherwise i don't know other way to solve it. :((

So , i finish quest normaly and i talk about "smith james " .
Then i click next and a error message disconect me . I dont understand.
