[08.24.07] Fiesta Open Beta Delay

Hello players,



To ensure you all have the best possible experience with a

high-quality game, we have decided to delay the launch of the Fiesta

open beta until Monday, August 27, 2007.



As previously mentioned, all game data will be reset including quest

progression, inventories, skills, etc. Players who participated in the

name preservation events of Closed Beta 1 and 2 will have the names of

qualified characters automatically assigned to new ones of the same

gender and class.



Thanks for your ongoing interest in Fiesta! We look forward to seeing

you in-game.

personally i would rather it be two weeks or a month even thouhg that means a much longer wait and i can't play monday school starts where i am so it wouldn't matter much for me anyway. basicly my gaming time goes from 3-6 hours to 1-2. and thats for all the stuff i want to do such as read, write, or play outside, and not just for fiesta.

you know.. its probably not there fault..* since 90% of you only played beta to be playing the game instead of actually reporting bugs and lag and errors and suggestions- they are having to do it themselves.


*Why not read what you agree to before you click?* I don't expect them ready for another week still. So expect another notice saying "sorry we have to delay it again"


This will be open beta- that means still in testing- so remember this time.. report those errors and suggestions and lets make this game NOT have to wait for it to be Global/Full release.


*I've Alpha and Beta tested over 32 games.. this wasn't a surprise to me.

GG on ticking a lot of people off, hopefully this experience can be useful to you all (by all I mean the GMs, etc.)


Don't tell us one thing then at the last minute change it, that's decieving us to an entirely new level.


And sorry if this seems a tad disrespectful, don't get me wrong, I enjoy the game greatly, but this truly is, bogus. I just think you should've given us this kind of announcement much earlier.

I have to agree with Kissker above. This is a beta. Being a software developer myself, I understand how these things go. Give Outspark some time to make sure they are releasing what they want to in the open beta. It'll be a better experience for all of us then.
