Fiesta's mysterious Glitch

When I was at my friends house trying out a different computer for my shutdown error my friend lost his inventory all of items so I told him it was just a bug being worked out but then when he bought a mover from item merchant Pey he gained back his mover and a copule of his items. Can any1 tell me how this happens?

Time: 3:13 p.m.

Dulplicate: Just get your inventory lost by that glitch or wait then buy something.

It is a known issue.

A friend's character has that, and OutsparkSupport provided the workaround:
To 'recover' his inventory is to get an item [drop or something from storage] and drop it sequentially into each block of its character's inventory. While moving from block to block the original item that was there 'appears' magically.

It is a bit long however. Hopefully the next patch will fix this as well [along with the gate crashes/buggy quests].
