Name Preservation Event

I read in the new realse post from the GM's


"Game preservation events of Closed Beta 1 and 2 will have the names of

qualified characters automatically assigned to new ones of the same

gender and class.

Did i miss the important Event, or doesnt it matter? (since i can
remake my character but all friends lost etc?) Sucks to be 8 hours
ahead of pacific time xD

well, basically, if you got over level 20, no, i'm almost positive you didnt miss it. everything will be loss for everyone, items, friends, money, quest progress, etc. just that you get to keep your name reserved so you dont have to remake it.
