PMing GMs...anyone else having trouble with it?

Topic is as the title suggests...for the last 2 weeks or so, I have been unable to PM GMs with reports of scammers, or any such things. I type out the message, the recipient, and get a message saying the GMs aren't accepting PMs. I tried going through by clicking on their names when they come online, and all I get is a "send this user an email" ability (which does not allow me to email anyone...just keeps asking me to log in...again...and again...
Anyone else having this trouble or know what's up? Are there just so many scammer reports with the wildfire event now that all the GMs PM bins are full and they can't take any more, or is this a problem on my end?

You can no longer send them to the GM's.. the new recipient they use is Fiesta_Help

There was an announcement made regarding PM'ing GMs using Fiesta_help.

They created Fiesta_help to be the general inbox all the GM's and CSR's share, so not one person is too overwhelmed with PM's.
I'm pretty sure they ignore any PM's they get in their personal inbox, or just shut them off completely.

One of my friends on the game want to get married and we didnt know who to contact by talking to ppl we found out that we had to contact a GM to tell them why we wanted to get married on the game but havent had much luck. I really want to get married to him. Plz find me on there and let me know. I am a lvl 14 Mage Named VioletPearl.

the marriage feature in Fiesta is not implemented yet, so essentially you can get anyone to marry you. Or, you could wait a little bit until they instate the marriage feature at the beginning of July, and you can be officially married on Fiesta.

help im trying to download the game but they keep saying document error an i need some help to play the game so very much for over a week i've tried to download this game still never worked
