Problem with characters!!!!!

Can someone tell what is going on? I can`t playing with my two characters!!!!!
When I want to go into the game i can`t, it saying " connection for the server" but nothig happens after that. I had this problem with one my char and I maked another, but now I can`t go into with that new character. This things make me mad!!!!
Please tell me if someone have same problem!!!!!!!!:confused::(

Can you load the game at all or does it just not let you play certain characters?

Before one month i have problem with my first character (cleric 49lvl), and I made new char. I play with that new and I come to 36lvl, but before 2 days I can`t go in with it. Same thing! When I click on this char it just say......."connecting to the server" and nothing happend! I really dont now what is this!!!
Now I cant play with this 2 characters!

this did happen to my main cleric a while ago...it randomly fixed itself, but in the meantime PM Fiesta_help and tell them exactly what you've just told me, perhaps they can tell you whats going on and how to fix it
