Just made 16 and became and Apprentice. I need help!

First thing is, I can't cast my spells. I have them on hotkeys and I hit them once and the cursor changes. But I can't get it to do anything else.

I don't know where to get apprentice equipment either. I don't have any armor at all, or a wand. Do I need a wand to cast my spells? Is the guy that I went to to change my class supposed to give me starter equipment? Because I don't have these things. If he is, how am I supposed to get back to him?

U should have gotten the starter equipment from him. If not just go to the armory in Essene and buy them. But once again, you should have gotten them at class change :)

You can't cast spells unless you're targeting a monster and have your weapon equipped.

When you change class, you should've gotten your app gear. Check your inventory.

You can always buy all your app gear in the Essene Armor Shop, too.
