How many European Players play on Fiesta?

Alright.
We all known about launching of Fiesta European servers i want to known how many players accually come from Europe.
And please do not spamm this thread whit any off topic stuff because sytuation really call for serious concern.
To Start:
I am living in Poland.

Why did you add Asian, though? It makes no sense to make them separate...

Why not? Because not all asian countries are blocked from Outspark....

And I noticed most players come from USA, EU and Asia ^^

There are also people from Canada and South America, but that's not the point.

Point is there are 3 groups of people:
1. People that play in the country this game is licensed for (USA only)
2. People that play in a country the European is licensed for (Europe)
3. People that plan in a country that has no publisher at all and thus can plan on whatever server (Other)

Oh well. >-<

PS: As I expected only 5% are actually from USA. and more than 50% are from Europe. Doesn't look good for Outspark if they really have to block Europeans.

Well... i realise that we cannot represent all 4 servers<and let us be honest not so many people read forums ;)> but so far Europeans are on the lead and 1 day poll outcome gives much to thinking...
Are we really so huge community?
If yes then could Outspark afford lossing so many active and potential customers?
I think if Fiesta's developers have plans to start EU servers they should ask via E-mail<or even make here a poll thread> if we are interesting in such move not do this behind our backs.
For any official stand from Outspark we must wait untill Monday so lets watch final outcome of this poll :)

Well the voting reflects my ingame experience. I just randomly invite people to my party and then add those to my friends list if they are good players and 80% of the ones in my friends list are actually from Europe.

20 people voting on a poll is hardly indicative of the entire Outspark population. the categories aren't balanced anyways. One option is 'I live in a country in Europe'. That covers 40 countries at least, if not more. Then there's, I live in the U.S.

The small number of people who have voted makes for a very large margin of error in proportion to the actual Fiesta population. there's only 7,500 (give or take 100) people registered on the forums, and who knows how many more thousands who play the game. If a list was made of all the accounts on all four servers, and every 10th person was taken from that list and was asked to fill out a mandatory poll, I believe that the results would be more even than you think. Europe would most likely still have the most players the difference between the U.S. and Europe wouldn't be so high.

You are absolutely correct but whole idea of this poll was to gather some basic information how many people who visit forums are from Europe.
Such polls will never 100% accurate because this is impossible considering how many people play but if someone can give us accurate information about prcentage of European players then are is Outspark itself because they have our IP registry.

I understand, I was pointing out that this shouldn't be the end all final word on how much Outspark's user count is going to fall once the EU servers open.

The categories are pretty well balanced except that Asia doesn't make sense to be separate.
It doesn't matter how many countries there are, fact is that all of them might get blocked (or move on their own will). Plus the U.S. are as big as Europe anyways.

I agree that it's not a 100% accurate statistic, but it's still accurate to a high extend even if only 100 people vote (if for 100% of 100 people A is true, then the chance is 99% that it's true for ~10000 other people as well). Just that it doesn't include a statistical measurement of how likely Europeans / Americans are to browse the forums.

South America, Australia, Africa can be counted as "Other"

I think Russia is counted as Europe (since they also participate in the Euro2008 cup...)

Not necessarily, the less people you have voting and the higher the population you are trying to measure, the higher chance that the poll is wrong or very inaccurate. Any statestician will tell you that a poll of 100 people will not be the best to predict the same condition for 10000 people. think about it, you are assuming that because less than 1% of a population who votes a certain way on a poll is accurate of the entire population.

and the U.S. only has about 300,000,000 million people living in it. Europe is close to reaching three quarters of a billion.

Outspark has only a license for US not Canada, correct me if I'm wrong...

Maybe I should just make this poll again just without messed up options. XD

Oh and the European server only has license for the EU, Switzerland and Turkey. So I don't think Russia should be included. But that's harder to explain in a poll. XD

But if they let non US connections then there is slime hope that European version also wont sever us from US servers.
And they my block Russia from various reasons but this is wrong place to discus such issues, and please treat this poll as stricte informative source.
