View Full Version : Game crash with gang imp quest

My game has been crashing every time I go to the quest window and focus on the bored imp quest. This happens on multiple computers, after restarts, different characters, etc. I avoided opening the quest window, and tried to remember what I had to kill, and did the quest. Now, however, when claiming the reward, the game crashes again. Now I can't talk to smith james on my archer account or my game will crash.
Help please! Is it my account? the server? what?

you should search before creating a new topic, there's around 30 topics about this and saying that is a bug and that u have to wait they fix it someday, probably next monday

well sorry. Except now two of my characters can't buy weps, armour, or refine till monday?

No big loss to delete a level ~5-6 character, or you could play other characters til it's fixed. It's only a couple days' wait.

I found a solution: sort of. Just create a new character, and then send him/her your equip/money through storage, where he/she can use that equip money and then give it back.

Thing is to progress thru the game and get more quests dosent the NPC in question give more quests after this one ? new players will accept this quest and then to their suprise they cant get new weapons or armor atall, so it needs to be fixed otherwise progress for players will end up slowing down and they will die alot because they have no new weapons or armor

uhhm as I just said, you can get more weapons and armour, as well as refine. just give it to another character. I figured it out, why can't they?

But you wont beable to get quests from him in the future, which is bad because you lose out on items and experience

yeah, it's not perfect. But you can buy weapons and armour, and there's a lot of other quests (I barely do quests anyway)

you'll be able to get quests from him in the future when they fix the bug, and for the record its actually faster just to do the slime KQ through lvl 16...its essentially a guaranteed level with each successful KQ
