just because you bought the cash shop items doesnt mean that it will enhance 100%, it just prevents it from downgrading and breaking

Red Eyes and Blue Miles have no effect on the success rate. Which means your enhancement can still fail.

They only prevent breakage and downgrading of your weapon. Which is exactly what they say they do in their description.

Just because you buy a set of them doesn't mean you'll magically get a +9 out of it. You still have to go through the hardships of failed enhancements like everyone else. These items are only an aid to enhancement.

You are trying to upgrade a +9 hammer? +9 is the highest you can enhance an item.

You've mentioned both a shield and a hammer.

Now do you have a problem with both or just one?

Myself, and someone else has already explained to you how Red Eyes and Blue Miles work. So I don't believe you have a problem, you just don't seem to understand how they work.

I don't see what you're having trouble with.

If the enhancement fails when you use Red Eyes and Blue Miles, then nothing is wrong. They have no effect on the success rate, as stated before.

If the shield broke or downgraded while using them, then that is something you'll need to get into contact with a CSR about.

Enhancement is a game of chance, you won't always get a success.

Ok here is the deal.. yes I enhance so i know what I'm talking about..

Red eye and Blue mile as stated before only prevent downgrading and breaking of a weapon...thus meaning your success has not altered any

Now without your success rate being increased any.. your chance of success is 1 in 8 or 12.5%

Now saying you wasted an entire stack of reds and blues without a single plus being added makes me think that: 1 - you moved your stone around too many times or 2 - your item is around +7 already

Now although that may not be the case it is more common for that situation

If you think your luck is bad try this... I wasted 2 stacks of reds and blues getting a Tier 1 item to +9.. I have managed to make a Tier 3 item to +9 with only a stack of reds and blues (that was lucky as hell).. as you can see.. its all about the luck of the draw.. or learning the pattern :p
