Skill Empowerment for 25 spr rest Str Fighter Please

Can anyone tell me exactly what to do? im confused about using skill points

dont spend any till you reach lvl 20, my then you will have a better understanding of your class (unles you are already at that lvl)

This is what i did so i was aware of what the skills really did and then matched my empowerment to my playing style/who i usually party with.

it also depends on what weapon your going to use. for instance if you are going to use an axe, dont empower slice and dice but empower power hit.

for instance i max empowered mock cool time cause i dont solo very often i mostly duo. but if i was more of a soloer i wouldnt of bothered.

so it really depends on what you want. but i can say one thing, max cooldown and duration for devistate. i also went for damage also, but thats up to you :)

There are a lot of guides in this section i i recon if you do a bit of a search you will find what you want to know, but in reality only you can decide whats best for you, because just cause someone else says its good, doesn't mean it is for you.

damage on power hit. then save for devastate.
on devastate. full cooldown/power/duration. oh n 1 on sp if u like to spam a lot.
then the rest is up to u.
