There's a tutorial in-game that will help you get started. Also read the signs in front of the teles that are in roumen(city where you first start), since they give you an indication of which level you should be.

Hi... um... I'm new, haven't started playing... I'm waiting for it to start Monday, and I was wondering if anyone could clue me in on some of the lore: like the map, if there's any racial emnity i should worry about, some things I should know, etc. There's not much on that sort of thing in the beginner's* guide...

So*if I want to be a dark elf... because I want to be a wizard... and I want an elf friend for some protection (because at mmogamelist.com it states the wizard class has the least defence, which is the same with most mmorpg's)....*about how long will it take for me to meet up with them? Or rather, how long*does each race*stay sucluded?*

They don't at all. Actually you'll see them right from the start. So that's a good thing for you... However, it's not good since lots of people will have to kill slimes...





Oh and you get your first skill from the start. Just press k to open the skill menu and click and drag the skill to the hotkey bar. But that's only for mages...

ok... sounds like a bit of a challenge... evidently there are lots of overpopulated areas and a even amount of*underpopulated areas of Fiesta huh? I've just never been that great of a gamer..... well you know what I mean... and don't want to get in over my head too quickly*and get killed; friends are always good right!...... but do you start out in the same place as everyone else, or does each race have its own territory?

Nope, same place. you could get killed quickly by a slime if you don't pay attention, but it's over very quickly and you can stand up better after the lower levels.


Not much there, just alot of users in the beginning mostly. But that's because it's open beta, that's for everyone.

Theres no differnt races and if they add it NO THEY ALL START IN ROUMEN, Roumen will be ur town ull mostley rely on till 20 then Elderine to 60 then from there on Uruga

Human, elf, and dark elf.... those sound like different races to me.... and: ok so we all start out in the same place, but when i was using the beginner's guide before the text came up on the map I was able to glimps the Ancient elf forest, and other stuff on different occasions... do those territories have anything to do with races?

Actually the appearance is only different... And i think that's unconfirmed if that has anything to do with something.





However, like i said, if you want to navigate from map to map and not wanting to be killed, check the signs in roumen. Also, if you went to a quest dialogue too fast and don't know where to go, read the quest description.

But the website said only Dark elves can be wizards, elves have archers, and only human can be warriors or priests......?

Yes, it does say that, however, if you will be creating a character, you will just see the 4 cards resembling the classes, and it will say on those cards. After that you choose your gender etc. That's about it.

So... it's not really races.... you just tweak your appearence, with the option of making your ears pointy and having ashy skin?

Ummm no... the appearance difference is only the pointy ears, nothing else. That's all there is too appearances

Oh.... but in the trailers and screenshots.... there were players with blue and ashy skin.... like dark elves...

I'm sorry.... i'm from Ohio..... ashy means a grey-ish color for me... well... when you hang out with people from downtown Cincinati it does anyway...
