black screen

HELP!!!!!!!
I log in and the screen is black
I can create my avatar but when I get into the city place it's all black
sometimes I can see my avatar and sometimes I can't
I can see the chat window and a few names on the screen but that's it
why is this happening????:confused:

dream slayer, you posted on the wrong forum. You should have gone to troubleshooting (http://www.outspark.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=48).

If you go there, you see a stickied thread saying why you get a black screen upon log in. Updating your drivers should fix your problem, because it will automatically get you the openGL that you dont have right now.
