well, the quest was supposed to make you slow. lol
the guy says he has letters for you (i'm guessing this is the right quest...idk of another that makes you slow) and says he has a 'heavy heart'. well, he gives you tons of letters, making your wieght really high.
youre just supposed to walk back and forth while walking really slow. it's kind of stupid, and i dont even think the reward is any good. so yeah...now that you've deleted it, might as well forget about it.
dang...that makes this whole post useless...xP
