Can't use Smith James

Hi to all fiesta players. I am experiencing problems using Smith James, and I speak for all who have said they have problems too. For me, I am doing the Impetuous Imp quest for James (the quest where you kill the gang imp for the first time) and I can't finish the quest or even look at it in my quest log without fiesta freezing or being logged off. Any help would be appreciated. IGN: tyranno12. Server: Teva.

yeah, same here.. everytime u open up the quest log and click on it, it'll log out too.. quite irritating..
