Question About Quests

When i go the quest page where it says quest list, under it all I see are (-)'s and when i click on them no quest info is shown is this a bug or i just crazy?

Also another thing is when i pick up an item is doesnt tell me what i pick up(like the name of the object) all it say it: picked up.

I am new so i dont know if this has been addressed.

Well, make sure you have accualy started the next quest, and for the item, it may be lag, since that doesn't happen to me.

yes atleast i belive so... Its shows up in my log or atleast some of it but i cant see the quest name and it shows no info about the quest. I for the itmes i dont think it is lag because i have been playing for days and it still doesnt show me what i pick up. =/
