Find the GM event

I participated in the find the GM event in which [GM]Frank was the gm. I was so lucky the first few times so i kept searching. Finally in Burning Hill me and another player a lvl 40+ fighter spotted the GM behind a tower. 2 treasure chests spawned and we both took one. it opened up and and a special item was in both and our names were anounced as winners on the notice. I looked in my inventory and i had nothing in it. I tried /w Frank but he never responded. Can anyone help me out i have no clue on what is going on?:confused:

You sure you got the item?
If not... maybe the other guy took it... if it chest was near his.

His Chest was on the other side of the wooden guard tower in burning hill.
