Character losing level

This happened about a week ago, and i just got it back up to its original level and then some, its gone up about 5 lvls past its original level and still havent got any skill empowers on it, i get stat points, but skill empowers are no longer given to me, i dont want to destroy my character, and even if i did i would lose everything on it because i have fiesta store items on it and my bank is full, i need a GM to look at this please...the character name is RangePWNZER on the Epith server. workers from Outspark you could easily get my e-mail to send me something to set up a meeting with someone from the company or someone who could fix this for me on the game.

i just read some other threads, and id like to state that this isnt the "cant empower skill" glitch but its that its not giving me skill empowers, im level 27 and ive only gotten 11 total skill empowers, while my level 27 fighter has gotten 13 skill empowers the fighter was never glitched though.

same glitch dude, your kinda out of luck now tho, youll still get your stat points but you wont get any more skill empowers, im just mad because i have fiesta store gear on that and i dont want to delete it to recreate it
