Sigh... this was just an example what is possible whit modding<and what i read Sims have really huge mods possibility>.
If i understand correct OP idea is "use Sims2 engine to create Fiesta movie".
Since we cannot modding Fiesta itself then why not using game engine who will let create such mods.
EDIT: However this will require a very skilled moders...
