Hmmm I'd like to point something out for you.... If you want the maximum quality for a siggy you should zoom in as much as you can to take the screenie of your character. The background doesn't matter since Photoshop allows its users to manipulate backgrounds all they want. I'd suggest standing at a spot with the greatest color contrast to your character as well (makes rendering the stock much easier). Also if possible set your graphics card to the maximum quality possible in terms of 3D (easily done if you use Nvidia). This will make a HUGE difference in the quality of the signatures produced. Looking at the screenies currently available I don't think the signature would look very nice even if its nicely done due to the pixelation of the edges of your character and limited details. :D
